ADAPTATION

As a Change Management firm, Adaptation wanted to support companies going through technology-related transitions. They wanted to remind company leaders that the promise of technology can truly only be fulfilled when used as a tool, and is meaningless without talent to create, think and assign meaning. To drive their marketing efforts, Adaptation needed a video that poignantly illustrates the problem of employee anxiety and disengagement as well as the possibilities that arise when people are shown – not just told – that they are important and their contributions are valued.

In order to create a video during the Covid pandemic when in-person filming wasn’t possible, we used high-quality stock footage of diverse employees in various settings, complemented by motion graphics to illustrate the story being told off-screen by a narrator.
